Effect of MHY2256 on the viability of human colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines. (A-C) Human CRC cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of MHY2256 for 24 h and 48 h. (D) IEC-18 rat intestinal epithelial cells were treated with MHY2256, and percentage of cell survival was determined using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Results were expressed as a percentage of vehicle treated control ± SD of three separate experiments. The significance was determined using the Student’s t-test (*p<0.05, **p<0.01 and ***p<0.001 compared with vehicle-treated cells).
