Cleavage of GSDMD is involved in LPS-induced pyroptosis in HT29 cells. (A and B) Western blot analyses were performed to examine the GSDMD expression and pyroptosis-related protein in HT29 cell lines which were treated with LPS (10 μg/mL) at different points in time (3, 6, 12, and 24 h) (n=3).
