Morphology and weight of prostate and testis in WT, HT and KO mice. (A) Morphological features of SV, DLP, VP and AP were observed after collection from subset groups at 16 and 24 weeks. (B) Weight of each lobe of prostate and testis was measured, as described in the materials and methods. Five to 17 mice per group were used for collecting the prostates, and their weights were assayed in duplicate for each sample.
