Temporal changes during the first trimester of pregnancy of fasting glucose (A), fasting C-peptide (B), and insulin sensitivity (ISHOMA) (C). Gestational age was divided into three categories (weeks 4–6, 7–9, and 10–12) and glucose, C-peptide and ISHOMA values were compared with ANOVA.
