For each of the columns above, phytase (Quantum Blue 5G) was added at either 0.1 or 0.3 g/kg and AB (zinc bacitracin plus salinomycin) was added at either 0 or 100 mg/kg in S and 0 or 50 mg/kg in G and F for zinc bacitracin and salinomycin was added at either 0 or 60 mg/kg for all the phases.
