On day 14, broilers were orally gavaged with either PBS or the Advent Coccidiosis Vaccine (Lincoln, NE; 100× vaccine dose; consisting of a blend of live Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria maxima, and Eimeria tenella oocysts). IL-10, interleukin-10; IFN-γ, interferon-γ; PBS, phosphate-buffered saline.
