The target bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium) and the non-target bacteria (Escherichia coli O157: H7 and Listeria monocytogenes) at the concentration of 103 CFU/mL were detected using this optimal strategy at the optimal conditions (immunoreaction time: 45 min; electrode: screen-printed electrode). Phosphate-buffered saline was used as the negative control.
