Data are presented as the mean ± the standard error of the mean of 10 animals per group. The results were evaluated by two-way ANOVA followed by a Bonferroni post-test. * p < 0.05 compared to the group of animals with the tumor, treated with saline; # p < 0.05 compared to the group of animals without tumor, treated with saline. Saline was used with negative control and 5-FU as the positive control.
