The gating strategy of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and B cells in spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs). Spleen and MLN cells from mice (n = 6) were collected at 35 dpi upon challenge infection with T. gondii ME49 and stained with phenotype-specific antibodies (CD3, CD4, CD8, B220, and GL7).
