Antibody responses and pro-inflammatory cytokine responses in the brain upon one, two, and three immunizations. Mice (n = 6 per group) were immunized once, twice, or thrice with either adjuvanted or unadjuvanted T. gondii VLPs, and their brains were collected at 35 dpi with T. gondii. Brain supernatants were prepared and pro-inflammatory cytokines were measured by ELISA.
