The tSNE analysis embeds high-dimensional data for visualization in a low-dimensional space of two dimensions. In this case, the prevalence of dental caries in 10 primary teeth was embedded in two dimensions independently of the Groups presented in Table 2. This reinforces the robustness of the groups presented in Table 2.
