(A) Detection of purified receptor binding domain (RBD) protein of spike glycoprotein of SARS-CoV-2 stained with SimplyBlue dye, and (B) immunoblot to confirm the His6-tagged S-RBD protein (purified under denaturing conditions) probed with mouse anti-His monoclonal antibody.
