Cell surface expression of WT and mutant MC4Rs by flow cytometry. HEK293T cells were transiently transfected with WT and mutant MC4Rs. Fluorescence of Alexa Fluor 488 at non-permeabilized cells was measured. Results are expressed as % cell surface expression level of WT MC4R.
