The effect of TH on Runx2 expression of DPSCs from young and elderly patients. (a) Young and elderly DPSCs were cultured in OM and OM with TH for 7 days. The cells were stained by antibodies of Runx2. Nuclei were visualized by Hoechst. Original magnification was ×40. Scale bar is 20 µm.
