Associations between the expression of glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPX1) and immune infiltration in glioblastoma (GBM) and lower-grade glioma (LGG). Expression of GPX1 is significantly negatively associated with tumor purity and is significantly positively associated with infiltrations with the level of B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in GBM (A). Expression of GPX1 is significantly negatively associated with tumor purity, and it is significantly positively associated with infiltrations with the level of B cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells. It has no significant associations with infiltrations with level of CD8+ T cells in LGG (B).
