Circ_0000260 knockdown alleviated CDDP chemoresistance, thus blocking the malignant behaviors of HGC27/CDDP and AGS/CDDP cells. (A) The difference of cell survival in HGC27/CDDP, AGS/CDDP and their parental cells was monitored using CCK-8 assay with the treatment of different concentrations of CDDP. (B) Cell proliferation of HGC27/CDDP and HGC27 cells after the treatment of CDDP was assessed by CCK-8 assay. (C) The expression of circ_0000260 in HGC27/CDDP, AGS/CDDP and their parental cells was detected by qRT-PCR. (D) The efficiency of siRNA was examined by qRT-PCR.
