MiR-129-5p was a target of circ_0000260. (A) The potential miRNAs targeted by circ_0000260 were predicted by circBank and starBase, and then the expression of miR-942-5p, miR-361-3p and miR-129-5p in si-circ#2-transfected cells was detected by qRT-PCR. (B) The expression of miR-129-5p in GAC tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues was measured by qRT-PCR. (C) The expression correlation between miR-129-5p and circ_0000260 in GAC tissues was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. (D) The expression of miR-129-5p in CDDP-resistant or CDDP-sensitive GAC tissues was detected by qRT-PCR. (E) The expression of miR-129-5p in HGC27/CDDP, AGS/CDDP, HGC27 and AGS cells was detected by qRT-PCR.
