PROMIS Anxiety and Depression mean scores among adult patients, adult relatives and relatives who are children. Anxiety was significantly higher than depression among adults [F(1,177) = 8.40, p = 0.004] and among children [F(1,30) = 4.23, p = 0.048]. Compared to adult relatives, relatives who are children reported significantly lower levels of anxiety [F(1,122) = 5.59, p = 0.02] and similar levels of depression [F(1,121) = 0.17, p = 0.67].
