The wall motion of visual estimation in echocardiography subjectively determined, where − = no abnormality, −/+ = mild abnormality, Ⅰ = abnormality length was shorter than catheter length, Ⅱ = abnormality length same length of the catheter, and Ⅲ = abnormality length was longer than catheter length. Thinning (+) was defined as a reduction of a septal thickness, <30% in the baseline at last follow-up. Thinning (++) was defined as reduction of septal thickness by 30% or greater than baseline at last follow-up.

NA = not available due to technical problems; RF = radio frequency.
