Signal enhancement was measured from the proximal thoracic aorta on contrast-enhanced ultrasound molecular imaging for vWF (A), platelet GPIbα (B), VCAM1 (C), and P-selectin (D) at 30 weeks of age for LDL-R^−/− mice on WSD with or without treatment for the prior 14 days with ADAMTS13 (AD13) administered by osmotic minipump.
