Pseudohoneycombing. Patient known for COPD presenting with cough. Honeycombing was reported on the first CT scan (a). Subsequent axial chest CT 2 months later showed disappearance of the cystic pattern that was related to a resolution of alveolar condensation after antibiotic therapy for S. pneumoniae infection (b).
