(B) Images of representative lung tissues from control mice and mice treated with drugs (control, E2, and E2 + Ful) were obtained by direct observation and by use of a microscope. (C) Tumor number in the E2 group was significantly higher than in the other groups (p < 0.05), and the numbers of tumors and positive adenocarcinoma samples were consistent. (D) Index of mouse lung tumors in the E2-treated group was statistically higher than in the other groups (p < 0.05).
