(A) MDCK and (B) A549 cells were infected with PR8 under single cycle conditions at the indicated bulk MOIs. Levels of cellular ISG15 and Mx1 transcript were measured by RT-qPCR at 8 and 18 hpi, compared to levels in mock cells.
