The expression of VEGFR-2 and Hsp90 genes in MCF7 cells. MCF7 cells were treated for 24 h with either HAA₂₀₂₀ (500 nM), dinaciclib (5 nM), or their combination. Data is represented as mean ±SD (n = 3, two independent experiments). The results are expressed as fold-change compared with the untreated group (1-fold change). The raw delta-Ct values (the difference between CT values obtained for the gene of interest and house keeping gene) were converted into relative expression levels (fold-change) using the formula 2^−∆∆Ct. Statistical differences, compared to untreated control cells, were assessed by one-way Anova with the Tukey’s post-hoc multiple comparison test. p < 0.05 (*), p < 0.01 (**), and p < 0.001 (***) were taken as significant.
