Synaptic subtypes that are increasing following acute treatment of 0Mg²⁺/Gly/Bic (yellow) are strongly associated with the ones increasing following a 48 h chronic TTX treatment (blue). Synaptic subtypes increasing following an acute treatment of Glu/Gly (red/orange) are mostly linked with subtypes decreasing following a 48 h chronic TTX treatment (violet) for both Bassoon (left) and PSD95 (right). The magnitude of the links between each synaptic subtype was determined from the results of the mapping experiments shown in Figures 8B,C.
