Sixty-four-year-old with a glioblastoma who presented with word finding difficulty. FLAIR (A) and contrast-enhanced T1W (B) images show a large, necrotic-appearing, enhancing mass with surrounding T2/FLAIR signal abnormality in the periventricular regions.
