Effect of palbociclib on patient-derived xenograft cells. (A) Dose response curve of CHNG6 cells treated with palbociclib for 48 h had an insignificant effect on cell survival. (B) CHNG6 cells treated with palbociclib (1 µM) for 48 h induced modest G0/G1 arrest and reduction in S-phase population when compared to vehicle-treated cells. (C) Palbociclib treatment of CHNG6 for 48 h had no significant effect on induction of apoptosis when compared to vehicle-treated cells. (D) CHNG6 cells treated with palbociclib for 48 h had no effect on caspase 3/7 activity when compared to vehicle-treated cells.
