To calculate Kd of the interaction of Aβ42 to RAGE the mean fluorescent intensity of the Aβ42 bound vs. Aβ42 concentration added was fit to the equation Y = Bmax X/(Kd + X) using GraphPad prism software. The values are the average of five trails.
