HLA amino acid positions associated with CC risk in HLA-B molecule are indicated in a 3-dimensional ribbon model. The protein structure of HLA-B is based on Protein Data Bank entries 1XR8, and prepared using UCSF Chimera version 1.11.2 (Resource for Biocomputing, Visualization, and Informatics). Residues at amino acid positions associated with CC risk in Japanese (JPN this study) and Australian-American-European (Aus-Ame-Eur)²¹ are highlighted in yellow and blue, respectively.
