Three replications with independent prepared proteins were performed. Student’s t-test was used for the statistical significance analysis. Different letters above the bars indicate the significant differences of cell viabilities under different treatments (P ≤ 0.05). The blue color line and shape indicated the control groups (CAT-infected cells).
