Points located in BOILED-Eggs yolk are molecules predicted to passively permeate through the blood-brain barrier. Points located in the BOILED-Eggs white are molecules predicted to be passively absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. Blue dots are for molecules predicted to be effluated from the central nervous system by the P-glycoprotein.
