Polyfunctional Index (PI) of SARS-CoV-2–specific CD4 and CD8 T-cells. The PI of antigen-specific CD4 and CD8 T-cells from 5 patients was calculated as previously described (18, 20) for each antigen stimulation. Data are expressed after subtraction of “background polyfunctionality” of medium-stimulated cells (Δ PI).
