A 33-year-old male with history of Hodgkin's lymphoma was referred for follow-up post-treatment imaging. 18FDG-PET/CT scan revealed mild residual metabolic activity of the mediastinal lymph nodes and focal ill defined hypermetabolic consolidation in right lung base, consistent with atypical pneumonia.
