AgNPs display dose response inhibitory activity against mixed C. albicans/MRSA biofilms. The efficacy of AgNPs was demonstrated using serial two-fold serial dilutions in concentrations ranging from 2.0 to 0.015 ppm against the preformed mixed fungal/bacterial biofilms in 96-well microtiter plates. The IC₅₀ was calculated as AgNPs 0.53 ppm. Curve fitting was performed using the SigmaPlot^® plot by four-parameter logistic nonlinear regression equation. Error bars represent standard deviation (SD) of the means.
