Changes occurred in the percentages of cells in each of the cell cycle phases, compared with untreated control cells. HepG2 cells were treated with OADP at the IC20, IC50, and IC80 concentrations. Cell cycle analysis was performed after PI staining. Cells in the G0/G1 phase (dark blue bar), S phase (pink bar), and G2/M phase (light blue bar) were counted. Values represent the mean ± SEM of at least two independent experiments, performed in duplicate.
