(A) Western blot was conducted to test the protein level of MAP3K1 in GSCs after co-transfection with shNEAT1 and pcDNA-MAP3K1. (B) Cell vability was detected by CCK-8 assay to assess the role of MAP3K1 overexpression on NEAT1-mediated TMZ resistance of GSCs. (C,D) Transwell was performed to evaluate the influence of MAP3K1 up-regulation on NEAT1-mediated cell migration and invasion induced. (E) Western blot assay was used to evaluate the protein levels of E-cadherin and N-cadherin after co-treatment with TMZ+shNEAT1+pcDNA-MAP3K1.
