Antioxidants increase CoQ₁₀ movement toward the blood side in bEnd.3 cells. Transport of CoQ₁₀ across bEnd.3 monolayers on Transwell filters. CoQ₁₀ (10 µM) was co-administered with either (a) vitamin E (50 µM) or (b) Trolox (50 µM) in control cells. Transport of CoQ₁₀ in the direction B to A (toward blood side) was enhanced.
