Analysis of the viability of E. faecalis cells on dentin surfaces uncoated (non-treated samples, NT) and coated by GO (GO group samples). Adherent bacteria were collected by sonication and plated on Enterococcus Selective Agar (ESA) to count viable cells. Data are expressed as the log10 CFUs and bars indicated standard deviation. Log10 counts were compared for statistical significance by a two-tailed unpaired t-test. p < 0.05 was considered significant.
