Downregulation of miR-15b-5b inhibits the proliferation of prostate PC-3 cells. (A) qRT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of miR-15b-5b following miR-15b-5b suppressing. (B) Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was used to assess the proliferation of PC-3 cells with or without miR-15b-5b suppression.
