Psychotropic drugs induce mitochondrial membrane depolarization. Mitochondrial membrane potential depolarization was evaluated by JC-1 staining after overnight treatment with psychotropic compounds (5 μmol/L) in MCF7 cells. Pictures were acquired by fluorescence microscopy.
