LncRNA MEG3 enhanced cell viability, inhibited apoptosis and activated the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in SREDs. (A) RT-qPCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of MEG3 in the hippocampal neurons. (B) CCK-8 assay was used to measure hippocampal neurons viability. (C) Apoptosis of hippocampal neurons was detected using flow cytometry. (D) The expression of proteins related to apoptosis (Caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2) in the hippocampal neurons was detected using Western blot. (E) The expression of proteins related to the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in the hippocampal neurons was detected using Western blot. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs Control group, ^#P < 0.05 and ^##P < 0.01 vs SREDs and SREDs+NC groups.
