RP-HPLC of BWSV. Here, 2 mg of purified protein from BWSV was fractionated by RP-HPLC. The fractions were manually collected, and SDS-PAGE was performed. Protein bands containing low protein concentrations were visualized by silver staining. For analysis by LC-MS/MS, gel bands were stained with Coomassie brilliant blue. (A) RP-HPLC of BWSV was performed on a C18 column, and proteins were eluted with an acetonitrile (ACN) gradient at 1 ml/min. Fourteen fractions were eluted from crude BWSV. (B) SDS-PAGE of BWSV fractions after RP-HPLC separation.
