Most abundant proteins in urine from the Control group. On the basis of mean weighted spectral counts (wSC) in urine from the control group, there were 34 proteins that comprised 1/3 of weighted spectral counts from the urine. The top two proteins, albumin and uromodulin comprise 8.5% of the weighted spectral counts in urine. Protein names were humanized to HGNC approved names.
