Among the 142 putative IRT1 interacting-proteins identified by co-IP combined with mass spectrometry, we present in this table proteins that are associated to intracellular trafficking or metal homeostasis according to gene ontogeny annotations from The Arabidopsis Information Resource. The maximum number of unique peptides identified for each protein from the two independent experiments (see Supplemental Dataset S1) is indicated.
