High level of circRAD18 in AML patients and cells. (A) The level of circRAD18 in the blood samples from 55 AML patients and 55 healthy donors was examined with qRT-PCR analysis. (B) The level of circRAD18 in HS-5, THP-1 and HL-60 cells was determined by qRT-PCR assay. (C and D) After total RNA in THP-1 and HL-60 cells was treated with or without RNase R, circRAD18 and linear RAD18 levels were detected via qRT-PCR assay.
