Recognition memory is impaired in the offspring of bisphenol A (BPA)-treated dams. The object recognition test was performed on the male and female offspring of control (n = 24) and BPA-treated (n = 24) dams. Mice were allowed to familiarize objects and after 1 day or 3 days, the amount of time taken to explore the familiar object and new object were recorded in seconds.
