The beginning and end of DNA sequence as well as amino acid sequence was shown. (B) As described (A), Hind III restriction enzyme released the 778 bp of SARS-CoV2 spike gene insert, which is slightly larger than the 719 bp PCR product due to the 59 bp of 5′ and 3′ TA vector sequence. All positive clones release 778 bp of SARS-CoV2 spike gene insert. Representative data from 1 of 2 independent experiments performed are shown.
