(A-D) Protein levels of ER stress in E8.5 Wild-Type (WT) and Rps6kb1 gene deleted embryos from nondiabetic or diabetic dams. Quantification of relative expression levels of phosphorylation of IRElα, PERK and eIF2α versus total IRElα, PERK and eIF2α and CHOP were shown in the graphs. Experiments were performed using three embryos from three different dams per group (n=3); * indicates significant difference compared to the other groups (P< 0.05).
