Glucocorticoid-dependent transcription is strongly impaired in GR^EKO epidermis and dermis. (a) Fold-change (FC) in expression of Ddit4, Cebpd, and Fkbp51 in Dex vs Vehicle treated epidermis (EPI) or dermis (DER) was assessed by RT-qPCR in CO and GR^EKO. n = 4 replicates per genotype and treatment.
