Detection of mRNA expression levels is shown from 3-d-old etiolated Col, qua2, and tsd2 seedlings by qPCR. EF1-a was amplified as an internal control. Expression levels in Col were normalized to 1, and the expression levels of target genes in qua2 and tsd2 seedlings were calculated relative to these values.
